We accept computers, office technology, personal devices, TVs, batteries and small household electronics. Collection is free across Sydney metro, with no hidden fees.

Choose the right data route

Ordinary collection does not prove data was destroyed

Phones, computers and storage devices may contain personal or business data. Back up what you need, remove personal data where practical and never include credentials.

Businesses that need chain-of-custody records, destruction evidence or forensic verification should use the evidence-led service.

Include unlisted items in your request

Send the item name, type and condition when you book. We confirm it before arranging collection so you know what will be picked up.

Do not leave items unattended. Wait until the item list, appointment and handover details are confirmed.
