Website and service terms
Terms
Current as published. Specific entity and contact details are confirmed on request.
These terms apply to use of this website and dealings with the operator of this site. Additional written terms may apply to a particular quote, booking, assessment, purchase or service.
Using this site
Information and acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, security or other users. Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful or harmful material. Website information is general and may change. Availability, eligibility, scope and commercial terms must be confirmed for the particular transaction.
Unless otherwise stated, site content belongs to or is licensed to the operator of this site. You may use it for personal information and to consider the services, but not reproduce or exploit it commercially without permission.
Enquiries and bookings
A request is not confirmation
Submitting an enquiry, booking request or quote request does not by itself confirm acceptance. Service eligibility may depend on location, item type, quantity, condition, safety, access and capacity. Provide accurate information and disclose damaged batteries, broken panels, contamination and other handling risks.
You must have authority to arrange collection, transfer, assessment or sale of the items. Confirm any charges, inclusions, cancellations, access arrangements and ownership-transfer point in the applicable booking or quote.
Business services
Quotes and agreed scope
A business quote or written scope should identify the work, assumptions, exclusions and commercial terms that apply. Tell the operator promptly if site conditions, quantities or requirements change. Reporting, data handling and custody arrangements apply only where included in the agreed scope.
Refurbished devices
Enquiry-led sales
The site does not operate a live inventory. Availability and details for a particular device are confirmed during an enquiry. Review its specifications, condition, testing information, inclusions, known faults and the applicable payment, delivery or collection, warranty and return terms before buying.
Working equipment is assessed for reuse first, refurbished and tested for resale. Every device resold through us is data-wiped before sale.
Phone buy-back
Assessment and offers
You must be entitled to sell the phone and provide accurate information about its identity, condition and lock status. The operator assesses the device and makes an offer based on its model, condition and the current market. You are free to decline. Any payment method, transfer and hand-back arrangements are confirmed with the offer.
Solar panels
End-of-life recycling
The operator accepts end-of-life panels for recycling and routes them to appropriate downstream processing. Acceptance and movement arrangements depend on the project details and condition. Do not dismantle panels or remove connected equipment unless the work is done by an appropriately qualified solar or electrical professional.
Consumer rights and responsibility
Rights that cannot be excluded
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, each party remains responsible for loss caused by its own acts or omissions. No fixed liability or refund figure is stated here.
Privacy, concerns and law
Resolving questions
The privacy notice explains how personal information is handled. If you have a question, complaint or dispute, contact the operator with enough information to understand the issue and seek a practical resolution.
These terms are governed by the laws applying in New South Wales, Australia. The published terms may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change.
