Phone buy-back · assessment first

Sell my phone

We assess your device and make an offer based on its model, condition and the current market. You are free to decline the offer.

Assessment

Tell us about the phone

  • Make, model and storage
  • Cosmetic and functional condition
  • Battery information, if available
  • Activation and account-lock status
  • Proof that you may sell the phone

Do not send passwords, passcodes or live credentials. We may ask for relevant photos or further information through an appropriate contact route.

How it works

A straightforward buy-back process

1 · Describe

Provide accurate details about the phone, its condition and lock status.

2 · Assess

We assess the device and consider its model, condition and the current market.

3 · Decide

We make an offer. You choose whether to accept or decline it.

Before assessment

Protect your information

Back up anything you need. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to sign out, remove activation locks and remove SIM and memory cards. If the phone is accepted for resale, it is data-wiped before sale.

Tell us before moving or sending a device with a swollen, damaged or unusually hot battery.

Common questions

Offer and next steps

How much will I be offered?

The offer depends on the model, condition and current market, so no payout is promised before assessment.

Do I have to accept?

No. You are free to decline the offer. Ask about the practical hand-back arrangements before providing the device.
